I am interested in renting an helicopter to fly from Kiev to Poltava, stay in Poltava 2 hours and fly back to Kiev or to Poland or Slovakia whichever is easier to access by the aircraft.

We have posibility to execute an international fliqht.But for estimation price we need more details from you according an exact dates and exact town/sity in Poland and Slovakia, where you are going to stay.
In question of flight Kyiv-Poltava-Kyiv price depends on location of helicopter at the moment of flight
1)If at the moment of flight helicopter is in Kyiv you should pay an equivalent of 6000$
2)If at the moment of flight helicopter is in Dnepropetrovsk you should pay an equivalent of 14000$
